Anxiety

‘Generalised anxiety’ symptoms can affect you mentally and physically.

Psychological symptoms can be a range or all of the following ones: constant worry, lack of concentration, unhelpful thoughts, irritability, a sense of dread, constant fear. Whereas physical symptoms can range from: heart palpitations, dizziness, excessive sweating, shortness of breath, headaches, muscle ache, tensions, stomach sensations, shaking, sleep issues.

Anxiety is increasingly becoming one of the most common condition, yet the effects of the symptoms can range from unpleasant to really distressing at times. They can affect your everyday life, from making a phone call to going to work and/or socialising.

My role is to help you understand what is happening and to guide you to make the changes needed and acquire the skills to apply in other areas of your life.

I specifically chose to use an evidence-based method with a cognitive behavioural approach to hypnosis, because it is results-driven, measurable and tailored to every individual.

We will work together towards a solution-based treatment plan with a clear and realistic goal that is adapted to you, where your input is as important as my guidance.

The rewarding results bring joy to my practice.

Contact me now by email so we can work towards achieving your goals or call me now. If I am unavailable, leave me a clear message with your details and I will get back to you shortly.
